"We Loved our stay at this property because the staff was so friendly and saw that our needs were met. Bettina greeted us and made us feel so welcome. later, she made it a point to meet my other two sisters, again greeting them with a smile. Additionally, Lupe, the Hostess for food services, went out of her way to insure one of my sisters had decaf coffee. Our stay at Hampton Inn at the airport was delightful!"

"Staff was great. Good place for emergency or quick stay. I’m a clean freak but understand the hotel biz, worked in some many years, but these floors had all kinds of stuff stuck to it and clearly visible in the bathroom and main room areas. Should have been taken care of. Washer and dryers were out of order the entire 4 night stay and that was very inconvenient for my family. NO pool, no breakfast. Just bare bones stay. The AC in the room also did not work properly. It wasn’t hot per se but as soon as the unit would shut off it would start getting hot. The first night we all woke up in the middle of the night sweating and I was right next to the unit. All in all not terrible but could have been better. In an emergency I would stay again"
